We take the feedback from our brokers very seriously and as a result of this we are about to launch a new version of the quote engine that will add the ability for users to add additional comments about a risk when the user hits a referral point. An example would be if the proposer needs to declare CCJ information- a specific dialogue box will open and will insist that further information is given before the quote can continue. Any additional information captured will also appear on the statement of fact.

Brokers can now process their own Mid Term Adjustments through the Portal. All you need to do is click in to the relevant policy that will be saved in your back office portal and then use the link to create a Mid Term Adjustment. Once you have finished then the adjustment will be sent to the underwriters for pricing.
We are busy improving our on-line facility for Contract Works and Plant quotations. We have agreed to an extended trade list with W R B Underwriting and also increased flexibility in terms of the acceptance criteria for the type of contracts that can be written.
We are pleased to announce that from 01/01/2017 the capacity provider for our on-line scheme for liability insurance will be Aviva Insurance . We have been negotiating with Aviva for some months now and they have agreed to write the book with very little change to the current underwriting strategy.
