This policy can provide cover for loss or damage to
– contract works and materials
– employees personal tools and effects at or adjacent to the contract site
– plant and equipment owned by or on lease to the Insured
In addition to the above, the policy can cover the Insured’s legal liability under the terms of their hiring agreement to pay for loss or damage to hired in plant and the cost of continuing hire charges.
